Nadine Zaytoun Najjar

Nadine Zaytoun Najjar serves as a Business English Instructor at Global LT, Inc. since May 2019, training employees from Amazon and Adobe, and managing client projects. Concurrently, Nadine holds an adjunct professor position in Psychology at Park University, teaching courses in Introduction to Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. As Site Director at NuMinds Enrichment, Nadine enriches children's lives in Austin through STEAM programs. Previously, Nadine worked as an HR Generalist/Recruiter at ProVilla, interviewing candidates and developing training materials, and was a Customer Success Specialist at TalentGuard, creating competency frameworks and career development resources. Earlier teaching experience includes serving as an English Language Instructor at ALLC International House Beirut. Nadine holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Argosy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with emphasis in Human Services from Marymount University.
