Manuel Garcia began their career in 2004 as a Premier Call Center Analyst and an Internet Banking Call Center Analyst at HSBC. In 2007, they moved to Mabe as a Service Desk Coordinator and a Service Desk Analyst. In 2009, they joined Global Lynx as a US Operations Manager, a Training Services Manager USA, a Training Services Manager, and an IT Process Consultant/Content Developer. In their role as US Operations Manager, they were responsible for the management of Sales, Marketing and Operations, as well as acting as a DevOps, ITSM and IT Governance Business Consultant. As Training Services Manager USA, they were responsible for the startup of the office in Columbus, OH, the management of Training Operations and Delivery, and the training of staff and Pre-Sales support. As Training Services Manager, they were responsible for the management of the Training Department, the definition and management of affiliates program worldwide, and market research and definition of business priorities. As IT Process Consultant/Content Developer, they were responsible for the development and translation of training courseware, the management of courseware certification with international accreditation bodies, and participation in consulting projects (IT process implementations).
Manuel Garcia obtained their Licenciatura en Informática (Computer Science Degree) from Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C. between 2003 and 2006. In 2006, they completed an Introduction to Maya 3D course at Seneca College.
