Cotrina Horner has extensive work experience in the technology and project management field. Cotrina started their career at Transamerica in 1996, where they held various project management roles in different departments, including New Business, e-commerce, Customer Service, and Marketing. During their time at Transamerica, Cotrina also served as a Digital Marketing Manager, acting as a liaison between Marketing and IT and performing project management tasks. Cotrina then joined Global Media Outreach in 2017 as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Technology, managing a team of developers and representing the tech team as a stakeholder in meetings. Cotrina is skilled in prioritizing and gathering requirements for projects, creating request systems and employee portals, and implementing agile methodologies. Cotrina also has experience in customer experience research and presenting ideas for improving the platform's functionality.
