Olesya Lukyanenko has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and Talent Management. Olesya currently serves as the Director of Talent at Global Mediator since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Manager at Global Mediator from January 2019 to January 2022.
Before their time at Global Mediator, Olesya worked at Red Bull from October 2008 to September 2018, where they held roles such as HR Manager Ukraine & CIS and HR Specialist CIS/West Asia.
Olesya also has experience in recruitment, having worked as the Recruitment Specialist at adidas from November 2007 to September 2008, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Staff Management from November 2005 to November 2007.
Olesya began their career at Twiga Communication in May 2005 as an Office-manager and hr documentation specialist.
Olesya Lukyanenko obtained a Master's degree in International Economy from Kyiv National Economics University, completing their education between the years 1999 and 2004.
