Candice Dela Cruz, CLDP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and client services management. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Global Medical Virtual Assistants since September 2021, Candice has progressed through various roles including Operations Manager and Client Services Manager. Prior to this, Candice held the position of Training Manager at SYKES from August 2019 to February 2021, and served as Associate Project Manager at ADP from September 2016 to August 2018. Candice began their career at ADP Philippines, where roles included Trainer from June 2011 to September 2016, and previously at kgb as a Trainer and CSR from June 2004 to June 2011. Candice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from DLSU - Dasmarinas, earned between 1996 and 2000.
