Razzak Mirjan

Razzak Mirjan currently serves as the Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Global Merchandising Services since November 2023 and is the Founder of Beder, a charity focused on mental health and suicide prevention. With extensive legal experience, Razzak has held positions such as Associate at Sheridans and Hamlins LLP, and as Legal Counsel at SailGP and GVC Group, where responsibilities included group IP and commercial matters within a major sports betting organization. Razzak's legal career began with a focus on intellectual property, civil litigation, and commercial law, complemented by formal education including a LPC with Business and a GDL from BPP Law School, as well as a degree in Arabic & Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Leeds.
