Gurunathan Mariappan is an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant currently working at Global Minds Group since February 2022, specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM. Previously, Gurunathan held positions at Ali & Sons Holding LLC and Tech Mahindra, focusing on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, payroll, absence, and compensation, as well as OIC integration. With a strong background in Oracle EBS and PL-SQL, work experience spans several companies, including HCL Technologies, Technosoft, and Zylog Systems. Gurunathan holds a Master of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Periyar University.
