Samuel Jacobs

Samuel Jacobs has a diverse range of work experience in the legal and music industries. Samuel began their career as an intern at Universal Music Group and San Francisco Giants. Later, they worked as a licensing intern at All Media Music Group and a business and legal intern at BMG Chrysalis. In 2015 and 2016, they worked as a summer associate at Mayer Brown and Irell & Manella LLP, respectively. Samuel then joined Irell & Manella LLP as an associate, before moving on to Quinn Emanuel as an associate. Samuel is currently serving as the Senior Director of Business and Legal Affairs at Global Music Rights.

Samuel Jacobs attended the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. During their time at USC, they majored in Pre-Law and minored in Music Industry. Prior to attending USC, Samuel attended The Branson School in an unspecified year. After completing their undergraduate studies, Samuel pursued further education at the University of Michigan Law School, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law.
