Courtney Welsh

Courtney Welsh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and management consulting. Currently serving as CEO of the Global Nomads Group since September 2017, Welsh previously held roles including Senior Strategy and Management Consultant and Managing Director of Growth, Innovation, and Strategy at prominent nonprofit organizations. Notable achievements include leading the Harlem Educational Activities Fund as Executive Director, where Welsh expanded the organization significantly and designed successful youth programs. Welsh's educational background includes a Master's degree in Administration and Social Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Virginia.
