Shantala Hickey

Shantala Hickey serves as the ESG, Sustainability Supply Chain Manager at Global Partner Solutions since October 2022. Previously, Shantala gained valuable experience at Galderma as a Logistic Manager, overseeing the planner/buyer team for cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Shantala worked at BOMBARDIER for over eleven years in roles such as Supply Chain Manager, managing internal manufacturing for the business jet program, Internal Logistic Supervisor, and Logistic Agent, focusing on internal logistics strategy and procurement processes. Prior experience includes working as a Production Planner at Sanmina-sci, along with a strong educational background featuring a Specialized Post-Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal, concentrating on Operations and Production Management.
