Kara Conners

Kara Conners is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and military operations. Currently serving as Vice President of People Services and Technology at Global Partners LP, Kara leads strategic initiatives across HRIS, payroll, and analytics, successfully implementing transformational projects. With a diverse background in the US Army, Kara has held various roles including Instructor, Senior Targeting Analyst, and Operations Officer, demonstrating expertise in leadership development, operational management, and human resources for over 16 years. Prior experience includes working as Director of HR Services and Payroll at Insulet Corporation, where Kara managed global HR functions during rapid expansion. Academically, Kara holds an MBA with a focus on Six Sigma Quality from Southern New Hampshire University, an ILE from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a BA in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
