Rich Maltzman

Rich Maltzman, PMPⓇ (毛睿智) is a Master Lecturer at Boston University, specializing in developing and delivering graduate courses in project management with a focus on positive career impact. Maltzman has extensive experience as an instructor and developer of customized courseware for various industries, including finance and pharmaceuticals. As a Principal and Co-Founder of EarthPM, LLC, Maltzman is dedicated to sustainability in project management and has co-authored the award-winning book "Green Project Management." Additional roles include serving as an Associate at Global Partners and as a Senior Consultant across multiple organizations. Maltzman's background encompasses nearly four decades in engineering and project management, including leadership positions at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent, where responsibilities included building developmental frameworks for project managers.
