Ritika Banerjee

Ritika Banerjee is an experienced Event Coordinator at Global Partnership Family Offices since May 2022, successfully organizing nearly 100 private educational and investment events while managing all aspects of event coordination and office operations. Previously, as an Associate at IndusLaw, Ritika contributed to filing for an IPO for a family-run automotive components company, providing crucial documentation support and resolving issues during the due diligence process. At Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, Ritika played a key role in the due diligence report for a beverage company acquisition, successfully addressing a claim against the company’s trademark. Ritika holds a BA.LL.B. (HONS.) in Law from the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad and has also studied at Samford University.
