David Glass is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in international finance and education. Currently serving as a Financial Officer at the Global Partnership for Education since October 2013, David has played a key role in supporting developing countries in building and implementing effective education plans. Previously, David held the position of Financial Analyst at the same organization and worked as a Financial Assistant at The World Bank, where responsibilities included the management of global funds and innovative financing initiatives. David's early career includes roles as a Financial Advisor at various financial institutions, including Wells Fargo and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. David holds a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance from SOAS University of London and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from George Mason University.
