Lida Homa has extensive experience in the fields of education, economics, and development, currently serving as an Operations Officer and Education Quality Assurance Analyst at the Global Partnership for Education since April 2017. Prior roles include Consultant at the World Bank Group and Economist at the Embassy of Denmark in Kabul, along with various positions in Afghanistan's Ministry of Finance and other agencies, focusing on aid management and development programs. Lida Homa holds a Master's degree in International and Development Economics from The Australian National University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Preston University.
