David Odland

David Odland has over 20 years of experience in the intellectual property field. David began their career in 2001 as a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent & Trademark Office. In this role, they examined patent applications for new inventions, performed extensive patent searches, and developed technical examination/search reports. In 2005, they became the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Global Patent Solutions LLC. In 2018, they co-founded and became Chairman of Patent Hacks, a patent service that provides free resources to help educate the public about patents. In 2020, they co-founded and became Owner of iDezignz, LLC, a company that provides users with the ability to self-customize their designs.

David Odland obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University between 1996 and 2001.
