Bryan Ens

Bryan Ens has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2020. Bryan recently worked at Global Payments Integrated as a Senior Product Launch Coordinator, where they managed the launch strategy and rollout of integrated payment products. Bryan created training materials and provided remote and in-person training for technical support teams.

Prior to that, Bryan worked at TSYS as a Project Coordinator Senior in Learning & Documentation. Bryan developed and delivered training on products, procedures, and third-party software to technical support teams across different locations. Bryan also assisted with technical support strategy and collaborated with various teams to achieve companywide goals.

Before TSYS, Bryan worked at Cayan LLC, where they held multiple roles. As a Subject Matter Expert in Tier-2 Case Management, they troubleshooted CRM tickets and provided support for online payment portal implementations. Bryan also served as a Senior Support Technician in the VAR Channel, offering customer support for integrated solutions in the credit card industry. Bryan managed software setup and consistently delivered excellent customer service.

In their earlier career, Bryan worked at Meier & Frank as a Sales Associate, where they facilitated multiple departments and provided high-quality customer support while achieving sales goals.

Bryan Ens completed their associate degree in History and Government from Bunker Hill Community College, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Bryan then went on to pursue a bachelor's degree in English and Journalism at Northeastern University from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Bryan obtained a certification as a Certified Payment Professional from the Electronic Transactions Association in November 2012.
