M. McKenzie Shinn Ed

McKenzie Shinn, M. ED has a diverse work experience in various industries. Starting in 2011, McKenzie worked as an English Teacher at Yukon High School, where they taught multiple classes daily, collaborated with fellow teachers, and utilized technology for instructional purposes. In 2016, they transitioned to Paycom as a Paycom Senior Specialist, handling specialized tasks until 2018. Then, McKenzie joined Bob Mills Furniture as a Learning and Development Specialist, where they focused on employee training and development. In 2020, they became an Advanced Payroll Training professional at Heartland, and later moved to Global Payments Integrated in 2021 as an Advanced Sales Training Specialist.

McKenzie Shinn, M.Ed has a strong educational background with multiple degrees and certifications. McKenzie obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Education with a field of study in English Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in the years 2007 to 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master of Secondary Education from the University of Central Oklahoma between 2012 and 2014, focusing on the field of Education. Recently, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LSU Shreveport, graduating in the years 2021 to 2023.

In addition to their degrees, McKenzie Shinn has also obtained certifications to complement their education. McKenzie is a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certified from the OU Lean Institute, which they earned in June 2018. McKenzie also holds an English-Secondary Teaching Certificate from the Oklahoma State Department of Education, which they obtained in May 2011.
