Andreas Nicolaou

Andreas Nicolaou is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application systems development and management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Global Payments Inc. since January 2014, Andreas leads a team of over 40 multi-national product architects focused on the TSYS PRIME suite of applications. Previous roles include Director at TSYS International, where Andreas structured a team to enhance service delivery for processing clients, and Head of Centralized Service Desk, overseeing a large technical team supporting financial institutions globally. Andreas began a career at Card Tech Limited, advancing from Programmer/Analyst to Product Custodian, and has held various positions in IT management and education, including lecturing at The Cyprus Institute of Marketing. With advanced degrees in Computing from Northumbria University and Computer Science from Philips College, Andreas combines technical expertise with leadership acumen.
