Andrew Mathieson

Andrew Mathieson is an accomplished executive in the financial services sector with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and business development. Currently serving as Chief Enterprise Initiatives Officer at Global Payments Inc. since September 2019, Mathieson oversees critical growth initiatives and strategic development across the company. Previously, Mathieson held various senior leadership roles at TSYS from 2009 to 2020, including SVP and Head of Strategy and Integration, where responsibilities included corporate strategy and merger integration. Earlier career experiences include founding and serving as CEO of Fintura Corporation, as well as significant positions at First National Bank of Omaha and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Mathieson holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Michigan.
