Marlen Paschalidou

Marlen Paschalidou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the payments and digital banking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Services Consultant at Global Payments Inc. since June 2025, Marlen previously held the position of Payments Data Product Owner at NatWest Group and worked as a Business Development/Product Manager at Amazon Web Services, where Marlen developed go-to-market strategies for the AWS Data Lab program. With a strong background in digital transformation as Assistant Director of the Digital Banking Division at Alpha Bank, and significant experience at TSYS in various roles including Manager of Research, Evaluation, and Development, Marlen has a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Marlen holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics from Washington and Lee University.
