Rebecca Mathews

Rebecca Mathews has extensive experience in client retention, experience design, and strategic planning within the payments industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Retention, Client Experience & Design at Global Payments Inc. since June 2018, Rebecca has held several leadership roles, including Senior Director of Customer Retention and Director of Integration Management. Prior to Global Payments, Rebecca worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as Vice President and Senior Business Manager for Merchant Services, where responsibilities included managing technology investment processes and leading project management efforts. Additional experience includes positions at Softcard, TXU Energy, and Protiviti, focusing on financial analysis, product management, and internal audit consulting. Rebecca obtained a BBA in Finance and Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
