Ruth Ann Marshall

Ruth Ann Marshall is the current Director at Global Payments. Ruth has been in this position since October of 2018. Prior to this, they were the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at RARE Hospitality International, Inc. from January 1999 to December 2007. Ruth Ann Marshall has also been a Member Board of Directors at TSYS from January 1989 to April 1999, when it merged with Global Payments Inc. In May 2011, Ruth Ann Marshall became a Member Board of Directors at Crawford & Company until May 2019.

Ruth Ann Marshall attended The Westminster Schools for their high school diploma. Ruth then went on to Duke University where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Policy and Economics. After graduating from Duke, they attended the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School for their JD/MBA.
