Daniel is a serial entrepreneur and senior business executive with a diverse skill set and passion for improving organizational performance, developing workforce, and building metrics.
Prior to developing Global People Strategist and starting Aadmi Consulting, Daniel served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), where he led the recruitment efforts of the organization, as well as the human resource management for the 700+ domestic and international CHAI employees.
Prior to joining CHAI in 2008, Daniel spent 8 years working for Peace Corps, 2 years as an Education and Small Business Development Volunteer in the Northern part of Western Russia, followed by 6 years in the Southwest regional recruitment office in Dallas, where he managed a staff of 8 and oversaw 4 satellite offices, and Washington D.C., where he led national training and contributed to the global human capital strategy. In addition to his work in the public sector, Daniel has founded, owned, operated, and sold several start-up companies in the IT industry.
Daniel graduated from the University of Texas with a Masters in International Management, and also an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from Texas A&M.
