April Howe is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational management, diversity and inclusion, and career transition consulting. Currently serving as CEO at Crayon Strategies Inc. and Special Advisor for Diversity & Inclusion at Global Philanthropic Inc. (Canada), April has previously held key positions, including Deputy Minister for the Department of Fisheries & Aquaculture and Senior Executive Advisor for the Department of Justice with the Government of Nova Scotia.
