Randy Klassen, CFRE, serves as a Funds Development Consultant at TR Leadership since September 2017, focusing on strategies for Planned Giving, Annual Campaigns, and Capital Campaigns for non-profits. Additionally, Randy has held roles at Global Philanthropic Inc. (Canada) as both Associate Consultant and Senior Consultant since January 2019. A significant portion of Randy's career was spent at the YMCA of Regina, where leadership positions included CEO and Director of Programs, focusing on youth programs and overall program management from 1989 to March 2017. Prior to this, Randy worked at the YMCA of Edmonton as Centre Manager and at the YMCA of Saskatoon in youth programming. Educational qualifications include a Balanced Scorecard Professional (BSP) certification from The George Washington University and multiple Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Saskatchewan in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Randy completed secondary education at Mount Royal High School in Saskatoon.
