Jim Johnson is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Global Plastics since December 2018, Jim has previously held roles including Application Engineer at Tsune America, Sr. Project Manager at PMC SMART Solutions, and Principal Engineer in Advanced Engineering at Valeo Lighting Systems. Jim's expertise encompasses developing innovative processes, managing injection molding technologies, and enhancing product competitiveness. A graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Jim has also worked in market development and project engineering at companies such as Bayer MaterialScience and Guide, and contributed significantly to product launches and customer relations throughout their career.
