Jennifer LeSar is a seasoned leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in community development, sustainability, and public policy. As Founder and CEO of LeSar Holdings Inc. since July 2022, Jennifer oversees a portfolio of firms dedicated to systems change and technical services. Jennifer founded LeSar Development Consultants in 2005, focusing on interventions to combat housing affordability and homelessness in the United States. In addition, the Global Policy Leadership Academy, established in 2018, facilitates discourse on global crises, while LeSar Support Services offers supportive collaboration. Jennifer's academic tenure includes lecturing at Stanford University on housing crises. Previous roles include Board Member at The San Diego Foundation, Co-CEO of Estolano LeSar Advisors, and various senior management positions at Bank of America and Edison Capital. Jennifer holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, an MA in Urban Planning from UCLA, and a BA in Political Science and Economics from Bryn Mawr College.
