Raihana Maqbool

Raihana Maqbool is a seasoned multimedia journalist with extensive experience in reporting, photography, and content creation across various platforms. Since January 2021, Raihana has been working as a freelance multimedia journalist, contributing to diverse storytelling projects. At Global Press Journal, involvement as a reporter and photographer has spanned since January 2015. Raihana's career also includes urban reporting on critical issues such as health, conflict, and gender injustices, alongside work at the Daily Kashmir Images from January 2012 to March 2015. Additional roles include hosting youth programs and scriptwriting at Radio Kashmir, as well as content editing for Hindustan Times. Raihana possesses a strong educational background in mass communication and journalism from institutions like Kashmir University and has obtained a diploma in computer applications.
