Belgica De Los Santos

Belgica De Los Santos is Director of Finance & Operations for GPCA. In this role she is responsible for the organization’s financial, accounting and operational functions, including member billing, audits and budgeting.

Belgica also heads up Finance & Operations for the Association for Private Capital Investment in Latin America (LAVCA). Prior to joining GPCA, Belgica was the Head of Finance and Operations for AGENDA NYC and the Financial Controller and Operations head for C&M Media. She has also held senior finance and accounting roles at JBC Companies, PepsiCo, Steve Madden Retail Inc. and Anne Fontaine USA Inc.

Belgica has a Master in Finance from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts, Economics, from Herbert H. Lehman College.
