Gotman Parningotan Panggabean is an experienced Database Programmer Lead and System Analyst currently with Global Process Systems since January 2010. Responsibilities include designing and implementing new applications, developing support software, debugging, and maintaining programs, as well as evaluating user requests for new or modified processes.
