Andrei Alexandru is a seasoned professional with experience in talent acquisition and brand marketing. Currently serving as a Talent Agent at Global Records since August 2019, Andrei has previously held positions at JTI as a Brand Marketing specialist and at Deloitte as a Tax Consultant. Prior experience includes a role as Consumer Engager Leader at Philip Morris International from June 2015 to September 2017. Andrei holds a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which was completed between 2016 and 2019.

The history of Global Records starts in August 2008, when its CEO, Stefan Lucian, founded Global Music Management. Originally from the Romanian Black Sea Coast, it was only a matter of time until the company got international recognition through its first European top artist – INNA – and producers – Play&Win. Now, Global Records is a Romanian music label that is home to artists such as Alina Eremia, AMI, Antonia, Carla's Dreams, Delia, INNA, Irina Rimes, KILLA FONIC, Minelli, Roxen, Sickotoy, The Motans, Vanotek, and 5GANG - among many others. We've been deemed as 'one of Romania's biggest exports' by The Guardian, in 2011. We tend to agree with them. Correction: It's absolutely true.
