Amal Antony

Amal Antony possesses a robust background in application support and DevOps, with experience spanning over a decade in various technical roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an Inter.II Application Support Specialist at Global Relay since January 2022, Amal has expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud support, and incident handling. Prior to this, Amal worked at Amadeus from September 2017 to January 2022, holding positions such as Member of Technical Staff and Senior Software Engineer, focusing on cloud deployment and monitoring. Amal's earlier experience includes serving as a Software Engineer at CGI and an Associate Software Engineer at Nuvento, with a strong foundation in application support and troubleshooting. Educated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Francis Xavier Engineering College, Amal's technical proficiency encompasses a variety of platforms, including OpenShift, AWS, and Azure.
