Patrick Gervais

Patrick Gervais currently serves as Vice President Legal at Global Relay since July 2025, following previous experience as Associate General Counsel at PointClickCare and Assistant General Counsel at Willis Towers Watson. Patrick's legal career began at Blaney McMurtry LLP as a Corporate and Securities Lawyer, prior to which legal roles included Senior Legal Counsel at TELUS Health and internships at The Fraser Institute and BCF. Patrick holds a B.C.L./LL.B. in Law and East Asian Studies from McGill University, a Certified In-House Counsel designation from the Rotman School of Management, and has pursued studies in Chinese law and language at Tsinghua University and the National University of Singapore.
