Rachel Horner

Rachel Horner is a versatile communications professional with extensive freelance experience across various media sectors. With a current role as Communications Lead at Healthiest Town Aberfeldy, Rachel contributes to multiple publications including Screen International as a freelance print sub-editor and Global Relay as an off-stone editor for GRIP magazine. Additional freelance work includes news feature writing for European Decision Maker Publications and sub-editing for Culture Shock Media.
