Keith Sumption

Keith Sumption has worked in various roles since 1984. Keith began their career as a Technical Manufacturing Manager at Peerless Foils Limited API Group in 1984. In 1998, they moved to Universal Cycles PLC as Quality Manager. From 1999 to 2000, they were Quality, Safety, Environment and Training Manager at Sirti (UK) Ltd. During this time, they were the management representative for ISO9001/ISO 14001. In 2000, they became Principal Consultant at Turner & Townsend. From 2014 to 2016, they were Quality and Systems Manager at Optimise Water LLP. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as Quality Assurance Manager at GENEWIZ. In 2017, they became Compliance and Quality Manager, Facilities and Property at Laing O'Rourke. Since 2019, they have worked as Compliance Manager and Data Protection Officer at Global Resale, where they have achieved group re-certification to ISO27001 for three USA facilities in addition to the UK facility. Keith also has been responsible for Statutory and Regulatory Compliance of a second Leased Facility. Since 2019, they have also worked as Compliance Specialist at GSK World Wide Real Estate Division, providing direct oversight and reporting of key quality and compliance data. Additionally, since 2009, they have been an Independent Business Owner at Assurance Business Consultancy Ltd, where they have provided Quality Assurance, Health Safety and Environmental Management Systems Consultancy, Thames Water Capex Opex Quality and Systems, Carbon Footprinting, FSC Chain of Custody, Security Services System Development SIA ACS NSI Guarding Gold Business Licensing Microgeneration Systems Installer Quality Assurance Scheme development and audit, Security Services Quality Assurance BS7858; BS7499; RISQS/ Achilles Certification Schemes, and IRCA 19001 auditing to ISO9001; ISO14001 & BS OHSAS18001.

Keith Sumption attended East Ham Tech University of East London from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained an ONC in Surface Coatings Technologies. Keith then attended the University of East London from 1986 to 2022, where they obtained an Implementation in Quality Health Safety Environment abd Facilities Statutory and Regulatory Compliance.
