Norbert BAKTAI has over 20 years of work experience. Norbert began their career in 2000, running their own retail businesses. In 2005, they took on the role of Warehouse Head Office Assistant at Euro-Profil Kft. In 2008, they were hired as Maintenance Manager at McDonald's, where they were responsible for equipment and planned maintenance, product quality and temperature checks, equipment servicing, and liaising with external engineers. In 2019, they were appointed as Quality Maintenance and Supplies Manager at AFA Restaurants LTD (McDonald's). Currently, they are employed as an IT Technician at Global Resale.

Norbert BAKTAI attended UMSZKI College (HUN) from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an IT and mechanic Technician degree in the field of Informatic and Mechanic Techincian. Prior to this, they attended Fáy András Technical and Vechicle Mechanic High School (HUN) from 1994 to 1998, studying Car mechanic and Technician.
