Stephanie Staibano

Stephanie Staibano serves as the Corporate Learning and Development Lead at Project Destined, where notable achievements include launching finance courses that increased program completion rates and student satisfaction. Stephanie pursued certifications in asset management, advanced financial modeling, and financial modeling masterclasses, demonstrating strong analytical skills. As Division Manager, mentorship efforts across teams in Los Angeles and Europe resulted in successful investment pitch presentations. Currently, as President of the Rotman Commerce Real Estate Association, Stephanie has secured significant sponsorships and increased student engagement.
