Martin Vorgod

Martin Vorgod has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Martin currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Global Risk Management since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Danske Bank as the Global Head of FX Sales, Large Corporates & Institutions from February 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Global Risk Management, Martin held various roles at Danske Markets Inc. From May 2018 to February 2020, they served as the Head of Markets in New York. Martin also held the position of Head of FX in New York from March 2017 to April 2018 and Vice President of FX Sales from September 2014 to February 2017.

Martin's career began at Danske Bank in 2008, where they worked as the Head of FX Institutional Sales DK and Commodities until September 2014. Prior to joining Danske Bank, they gained experience in trading and sales of FX & Commodities at Alm. Brand from June 2005 to January 2008.

Additionally, Martin Vorgod has teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Aarhus School of Business from September 2004 to June 2005, where they taught classes in microeconomics and open/closed macroeconomics.

Martin Vorgod attended IMD in 2013, where they completed a program in Mobilizing People with a focus on Personal Leadership. Prior to this, they pursued a five-year Master of Science degree in Finance at Aarhus University, from 2002 to 2007.
