William Thomas

William Thomas has over 15 years of experience in human resources. William is currently a Strategic Human Resources Expert at Global Science & Technology, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Eastern Branch Demolition, where they were responsible for program planning and development, policy interpretation, and customer service support. Before that, they served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at For Our Future, overseeing recruitment efforts and staff development.

William also has extensive experience at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where they held multiple roles as a Senior Human Resources Officer. In these positions, they supervised HR teams, provided training and development support, managed competitive learning programs, supported performance management processes, and addressed employee relations issues.

Earlier in their career, William worked as a Compliance Officer at First Data Corporation, where they developed and implemented compliance programs to prevent illegal and improper conduct.

Throughout their career, William has demonstrated expertise in program planning, policy interpretation, recruitment, training and development, performance management, and compliance.

William Thomas obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, which they attended from 2003 to 2005. Prior to their MBA, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History at Coppin State University. In January 2023, they also obtained a certification in Talent Management from Skillsoft.
