Noëlle Wisneski

Noëlle Wisneski currently serves as the Certification Specialist Team Lead at Global Seafood Alliance, having started as a Certification Specialist I in July 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Summer Research Assistant at the University of New England, where Noëlle collaborated on a research project examining climate change's effects on Maine's aquaculture and actively engaged in data management and stakeholder interviews. Additional roles at the University include Global Peer Advisor and UNE Ambassador, providing guidance on study abroad opportunities and assisting in admissions events. Notably, an internship with the Saco Salmon Restoration Alliance focused on restoring the Atlantic Salmon population in Maine. Noëlle holds a Professional Science Masters in Ocean Food Systems and a Bachelor of Arts in Marine Affairs from the University of New England, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Fishing and Fisheries Sciences and Management from Háskólinn á Akureyri.
