Avi Uval

Avi Uval is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the pharmaceutical and self-care industries, with over two decades of experience in leadership roles. Avi founded Meditrend Pharmaceuticals in 2004 and also serves as the CEO of Meditrend Marketing, focusing on innovative consumer healthcare products. As a Board Member of the Global Self-Care Federation since 1999, Avi has been instrumental in promoting evidence-based self-care initiatives worldwide. Additionally, Avi has held the position of Chairman at Telem, the Israeli Self-Medication Association, since 1999, and previously founded Nano Food, which highlights innovation in the functional food sector. Avi's career includes a tenure as CEO of Vitamedic, where significant advancements were made in Israel's healthcare sector. Avi holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
