John Hodge

John Hodge, CEP is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in equity plan management and operations. Currently serving as Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since January 2024, John also holds the position of Deputy Head of Equity Plan Management Americas at Global Shares, where responsibilities include leading operational teams and overseeing equity plan administration. John has previously worked at UBS from June 2015 to April 2020 in various roles, including Manager for Equity Plan Advisory Services, managing a team and handling complex client escalations. Earlier career experience includes positions at Morgan Stanley, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Merrill Lynch, and Lincoln Financial Group. John Hodge earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Economics from Samford University in 2013.
