Jarrett Smith

Jarrett Smith has over a decade of experience in various leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as a Project Leader and Operations Consultant at Global Shop Solutions since September 2018, Jarrett previously held multiple positions at National Oilwell Varco from October 2010 to September 2018, including Logistics Manager, Senior Process Improvement Engineer in both Wellbore Technologies and Corporate Engineering, and Manufacturing/QA Manager. Jarrett led significant initiatives that improved supply chain operations and reduced production lead times through LEAN methodologies. Additionally, Jarrett co-founded Constructured Development, focusing on real estate investment, and worked as a Sales Engineer at Associated Machine Tool Technologies, where Jarrett developed engineered solutions for manufacturing clients. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and a Certification from the Manufacturing Leadership Program at Rice Business.
