Manuel De Leca

Manuel De Leca has over 25 years of professional experience in the telecommunications industry. Manuel began their career in 1992 as Vp of Operations for Comware Venezuela. In 1997 they moved to Telecomunicaciones Bantel as Gerente General. Manuel then joined Cablevision-Airtel in 2001 as Vicepresidente Ejecutivo. In 2003 they were appointed Gerente General at EGC Technologies and in 2013 they began their current role as Regional Business Development Manager for GLOBAL SMART BUSINESS.
