Lauren Shackman

Lauren Shackman currently serves as a Senior Coordinator in Human Resources at Global Strategy Group, beginning in August 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren was a Human Resources Coordinator at UJA-Federation of New York from October 2022 to August 2024, where responsibilities included assisting with background checks and coordinating the Peer Partner Program for onboarding new employees. Lauren's experience also includes a position as a Human Resources Assistant, handling recruitment tasks and onboarding processes using various job platforms and training systems. Earlier, Lauren completed a Marketing Internship at J.S. Held LLC, focusing on event promotion and coordination, and served as a Media Assistant at Wesleyan University, supporting audiovisual needs and event planning within the Global Studies community. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University.
