Kim Thuy Seelinger is a prominent legal scholar and advocate specializing in issues related to human rights and sexual violence in conflict. Currently serving as a Research Associate Professor at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis since August 2019, Kim Thuy Seelinger also holds the position of Technical Advisor at the Global Survivors Fund and serves as the Director at the Center for Human Rights, Gender and Migration. Previously, Kim Thuy Seelinger was the Prosecutor's Special Adviser on Sexual Violence in Conflict at the International Criminal Court and has contributed significantly to various organizations, including Civitas Maxima and the Human Rights Center at UC Berkeley School of Law. Kim Thuy Seelinger’s educational background includes a Doctor of Law degree from New York University School of Law and recognition as an Echols Scholar at the University of Virginia.
