Pan Heng

Pan Heng (PhD, PMP) is a seasoned project management professional with over two decades of experience. They currently serve as a Pre-Construction Project Manager for Global Switch in Asia Pacific while also holding the position of Associate Lecturer at Singapore University of Social Sciences. Previously, Pan was an Interim Project Director at Global Meinhardt EPCM and an Associate Director at Turner & Townsend, where they led the Program/Project Management Office. They have contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University from 2012 to 2019. Pan holds multiple advanced degrees in Real Estate Development, Project Management, and Civil Engineering.
