Dale Sisson

Dale Sisson, P.E. is a defense executive and board member currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Fredericksburg Regional Military Affairs Council and as Vice President of Integrated Defense Systems at Global Technical Systems. They founded Sisson Consulting, LLC and previously held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director at the Naval Ordnance Safety & Security Activity and Technical Director at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division. Dale earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech, and completed the Leading Product Innovation program at Harvard Business School Executive Education. They also have over a decade of experience as an elected member of the King George County Board of Supervisors.
