Randall Tucker is a Program Manager at Global Technical Systems with extensive experience as a Chief Engineer at Naval Surface Warfare Center. Prior to this, Tucker served as a Senior System Engineer at Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity. Tucker holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from University of North Carolina Asheville. In their roles, Tucker has been responsible for acquisition engineering, requirements engineering, hardware engineering for various systems, and has mentored junior engineers.
